Using the AI chat feature most effectively

1How to work with the AI advisor

    Open 'AI Advisor' from the left menu. This section lets you chat with the AI about your Google Ads strategy.

    Type your question in the chat box and send. The AI responds in context with your real account data.

    You can get help on campaign performance, budget optimization, keyword strategy, ad-copy ideas and more.

    Each response ends with recommended next steps related to the topic. Click a step to apply it directly.

    Each message exchange consumes 1 credit.

2Techniques for asking effective questions

  1. 1

    To get the best answer from the AI keep your questions specific. Instead of 'Why are my ads bad?' ask 'Why did my CTR drop in September?' — it yields better answers.

    Add context: 'I run an e-commerce site with a women's fashion campaign' improves response quality.

  3. 3

    Comparison questions work well: 'What are the differences between the Pro Plan and the Starter Plan?' or 'What changed on this campaign compared to last month?'

    Ask action-oriented questions: 'Should I add this term to the negative list?' or 'Which campaign should I scale budget on?' — the AI gives quick guidance.

3Managing chat history

    All conversations with the AI advisor are saved automatically and listed in the left panel.

    You can resume previous conversations — the AI remembers the context.

    Pin important conversations with the 'Pin' option to keep them at the top.

    To clear a conversation use 'Delete' from the three-dot menu next to the chat.

    Conversation export (PDF/TXT) is coming soon.

4The AI feedback system

    AI suggestions include 👍 (correct) and 👎 (wrong) buttons next to each answer.

    These buttons give feedback to the AI so it learns patterns specific to your account.

    Once enough feedback accumulates the system starts producing suggestions better suited to your industry and campaign structure.

    Your feedback only affects your own account's model and is not shared with other users.
