Buying, using and invoicing credits
1How to purchase a credit pack

Go to 'Pricing' or 'Buy Credits' in the left menu.

Pick the pack that fits your needs: Pro (500 credits / ~$12) or Agency (3,000 credits / ~$62).

When you click 'Buy Pack' the secure Iyzico payment screen opens.

Enter your credit card details and complete the payment. Your card data is not stored in our system.

When payment succeeds credits are added to your account immediately and a confirmation email is sent.
2When are credits consumed?

Every successful AI operation consumes 1 credit. Operations include: search-term analysis, negative-keyword analysis, campaign report, competitive analysis and AI advisor message.

A credit is deducted when the analysis starts and the operation completes. For failed or incomplete operations the credit is refunded.

You can track credit movements on 'My Account → Credit History'.

When your balance drops to a critical level (below 10 credits) an email notification is sent.
3Where are my invoices?

Open 'My Account → Invoices' on the dashboard.

All your purchase history and invoices are listed on this page.

Use the 'Download' button next to each invoice to download it as PDF.

For business invoices (company name, tax ID) update your details in 'My Account → Billing Info'.

If you want past invoices emailed to you, write to merhaba@moof.com.tr.
4Refund policy

If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack you can request a refund within 7 days.

Send your refund request to merhaba@moof.com.tr with the subject line 'Refund Request'.

Partial refunds are not issued (for example if you have used 50 of 500 credits).
- 4
Refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days. If paid via bank transfer the refund is sent to your bank account.
