Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are entered into between: • Service Provider: MF BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI VE DIJITAL HIZMETLER A.S. (a Turkish joint-stock company, hereinafter "MoofSearch" or the "Company") - Address: Kustepe Mah. Mesut Cemil Sk. No: 20 Sisli / Istanbul, Turkey - Tax Office / ID: Kagithane Tax Office — 6201290641 - Email: merhaba@moof.com.tr - Web: https://moofsearch.com • User: The natural or legal person using the Platform ("you") The term "Platform" or "Service" refers to all products and features offered through moofsearch.com.

MoofSearch is a SaaS platform that connects to your Google Ads accounts via OAuth 2.0 and provides: • Search term analysis • Negative keyword recommendations • Campaign performance insights • AI-powered optimization suggestions • Reporting and visualization The service provides information and suggestions only; it does not request permission to make changes to your Google Ads account. All applied decisions rest with the user.

To use the service you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide a valid email address or Google account • Register with truthful information Account security is your responsibility. You are obligated to not share your password, to use a strong and unique password, and to notify merhaba@moof.com.tr immediately upon detecting unauthorized access. MoofSearch cannot be held liable for damages arising from account security breaches, provided that it has taken reasonable security measures.

The platform operates on a credit-based model: • Credits are added to your account in exchange for the fee of the plan you select • Each analysis, report, or AI call consumes a certain number of credits — the consumption amount is displayed next to the feature • Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase • Prices are shown in TRY or USD and include VAT • Payments are processed through BDDK-licensed payment providers (PayTR) with 3D Secure; card information is not stored on MoofSearch servers

Under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts: • Once the performance of a digital product/service (credit allocation, AI analysis execution) has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised • For fully unused plans (zero consumption), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase • For partially used plans, pro-rata refunds are evaluated case by case; claims based on technical/service failures are prioritized • Refund requests should be sent to merhaba@moof.com.tr and processed within 14 business days via the original payment method

The following actions are prohibited on the Platform: • Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized commercial resale of the Platform • Automated scraping, bot-based mass queries, or attempts to bypass rate limits • Accessing another person's Google Ads account under false pretenses • Requesting analyses for unlawful, hateful, or copyright-infringing search terms/campaigns • Uploading malicious code, exploiting security vulnerabilities • Unauthorized attempts to access other users' accounts Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice; remaining credits will not be refunded.

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, content, and algorithms on the Platform belong to MoofSearch or its licensors. Without permission: • The software may not be copied or derivative works created • Brand and logo may not be used for commercial purposes • Source code access cannot be requested Your Google Ads data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over any data we process on the Platform. You may freely use the recommendation texts generated by the AI in your own reports.

AI-powered recommendations on MoofSearch are based on analyses performed by Claude and GPT models on your Google Ads data: • Recommendations are informational and are not applied automatically — the decision to apply each recommendation is yours • AI outputs can occasionally be incorrect (hallucinations); manual verification is recommended before applying recommendations • MoofSearch is not liable for advertising expenditures, revenue loss, or commercial damages resulting from campaign/budget/keyword decisions produced by AI

MoofSearch: • Reserves the right to change the service scope, features, or pricing • Price changes will be communicated to existing users by email at least 30 days in advance • May temporarily suspend the service for scheduled maintenance; prior notice is given when possible • Some features may be removed due to changes in the Google API or other third-party services Existing users will be given a reasonable period to consume their credit balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • The MoofSearch Platform is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation • MoofSearch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business reputation) • Total legal liability is limited to the fees paid by the relevant user in the last 12 months • MoofSearch cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, or price changes in third-party services such as Google Ads, Claude, or OpenAI

• By You: You may close your account at any time from the settings page or by writing to merhaba@moof.com.tr. Account closure requests are processed within 30 days • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms. For serious breaches (fraud, security attack), no credit refund is made • Legal retention obligations continue even after account termination (see Privacy Policy)

Detailed information on how your data is processed is available in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. By accepting these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy as well.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction. For users qualifying as consumers, the authority of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use. Material changes will be announced by email and posted on this page at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms.
