Security & Privacy
Is my Google Ads account safe?
Yes. We only request read-only permission. We make no changes to your account — negative keyword additions happen only when you explicitly approve them.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Your data is encrypted at rest and never shared with any third party. Our infrastructure is GDPR and KVKK compliant.
Can I disconnect Google at any time?
Yes — from your account settings, you can revoke the Google connection whenever you want. Once disconnected, our access to your Google Ads data ends.

Is there a monthly subscription?
No. MoofSearch is credit-based. Buy the credits you need, use them whenever you want. There are no required monthly payments.
When do credits expire?
Never. Purchased credits remain valid indefinitely.
How many search terms do 10 free credits scan?
1 credit analyzes about 1,000 search terms, so your 10 free credits can scan roughly 10,000 terms.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available within 7 days for unused credit packs. Partially used credits are not refundable.
Technical
How accurate are the AI decisions?
The system is continuously learning. Our average accuracy is above 94%. You can reject incorrect suggestions and the AI uses that feedback to improve.
Can I manage multiple Google Ads accounts?
Yes. With MCC (Manager Account) configuration you can manage multiple accounts from one panel.
Which browsers are supported?
The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are supported, and the platform works on mobile browsers.
