Profile, security and notification settings

1How to change your password

    Click the profile icon in the top-right of the dashboard and choose 'Account Settings'.

    Switch to the 'Security' tab. Under 'Change Password' enter your current password and your new password.

    The new password must be at least 6 characters and include one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter and one special character.

    Click 'Save'. When the password is updated successfully an email notification is sent.

    If you forgot your password use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. A reset link is sent to your email.

2Email notifications

    Manage your email notification preferences from 'Account Settings → Notifications'.

  2. 2

    Notification types you can toggle: low-credit warning, analysis completed, new features, system updates.

  3. 3

    Transactional notifications (payment confirmation, password change, etc.) cannot be disabled — these are sent for security reasons.

3Disconnecting your Google account

    Go to 'Account Settings → Connected Accounts'.

  2. 2

    Click 'Disconnect' next to your Google Ads account.

  3. 3

    Once disconnected, the data for that account is not kept in the system and new analyses cannot be run.

  4. 4

    If you want to connect again later, just follow the same steps to re-authorize your Google account.

4Deleting your account

  1. 1

    To permanently delete your account go to 'Account Settings → Advanced'.

  2. 2

    Click 'Delete Account'. A confirmation window opens; enter your password to confirm.

  3. 3

    Account deletion is irreversible. All your data (analyses, logs, remaining credits) is permanently erased.
